Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026 · Azitechost

This Privacy Policy explains how Azitechost (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Screen Mirror mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

Screen Mirror is developed by Azitechost. For privacy questions, contact support@azitechost.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

  • Device and app information — such as device model, OS version, app version, language, and diagnostics needed to run and improve the App
  • Usage and analytics — events about how you use features (for example casting flows or settings), collected via services such as Firebase Analytics and/or Amplitude
  • Crash and performance data — stack traces and performance metrics via Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring to fix bugs and improve stability
  • Network and discovery data — local network discovery is used to find TVs and casting devices on your LAN; this traffic generally stays on your local network
  • Purchase status — entitlement information from Google Play to unlock Premium features (we do not receive your full payment card details)
  • Communications — if you email support or send feedback, we receive the content you choose to send

3. Screen capture and cast content

When you start screen mirroring or cast media, content is processed to deliver the stream to your chosen TV or browser. Casting typically stays on your device and local network. We do not operate a cloud recording service for your cast sessions, and temporary cache used for casting is cleared when the session ends (as described in the App).

While mirroring, anything visible on your phone—including notifications—may appear on the receiving display. Use system privacy controls (such as Do Not Disturb) as needed.

4. Permissions

The App may request permissions required for its features, such as network access, local network/Wi‑Fi discovery, notifications, and media or screen-capture permission when you start a session. You can revoke permissions in system settings; some features may stop working without them.

5. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve casting and related features
  • Diagnose crashes, measure performance, and understand feature usage
  • Process Premium purchases and restore entitlements
  • Respond to support requests and communicate about the App when needed
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

6. Sharing and third parties

We share information with service providers that help us operate the App, including:

  • Google Firebase — analytics, crash reporting, performance, Remote Config, messaging
  • Google Play — distribution, billing, and in-app purchases
  • Amplitude — product analytics (when enabled in the App)

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

7. Retention

We retain analytics and crash data for as long as needed for the purposes above, subject to the retention settings of our providers, or longer if required by law. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request and for legitimate business records.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use the App on trusted networks when casting.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Your choices

  • Limit permissions in Android settings
  • Opt out of personalized ads or adjust Google account ad settings where applicable
  • Uninstall the App to stop further collection from that installation
  • Contact us to ask questions about your data

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact support@azitechost.com to exercise applicable rights.

11. International users

If you use the App from outside the country where our processors operate, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws. We rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our service providers where required.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
